Supporting discharge for patients and their relatives

Have you been discharged from Whipps Cross in the last 6 months or do you care for someone that has?
Join us in talking with the Whipps Cross discharge team about new discharge information for patients called ‘Ticket Home’. Feed in your views and help make sure the ‘ticket home’ meets the needs of patients and their relatives.

 Please note this focus group is aimed specifically at patients,
their family members and carers, and voluntary sector
organisations with an interest in discharge procedures. It is
open to people recently discharged from Whipps Cross
Hospital.
 All attendees will be given £15 M&S voucher.
 Please note parking at Whipps Cross can be difficult. W15,
W19, W12 and 357 buses pass through the hospital grounds.
Support for travel expenses can be provided where there is a
recognised need. This must be arranged in advance of
attendance.
 Refreshments will be available.
 If you have any other access, interpreter or dietary needs
please do let us know when booking a place.
