Team Leader – Direct Payments
Citizens Advice Waltham Forest delivers the boroughs Direct Payments Support service. We empower clients by giving them the tools through information and support to make important informed choices about the care they receive and offer intensive support as required.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and support our busy direct payments team. The successful applicant will be proactive with a “can do” attitude. They will be expected to support the team with the day to day running of the service and delivery of the direct payment referrals as well as to quality check work and supervise staff. The post holder will also be required to develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Reports to: Quality, network and specialist projects coordinator
Responsible for: Direct Payment Support Caseworkers and Administrators
Hours: 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
Salary: £33,895 per annum pro rata
